Mysore (All Levels): The term “Mysore style” refers to the way the ashtanga yoga method is taugh by Sri K.Pattabhi Jois and his grandson R.Sharat in the city of Mysore, India. The ashtanga yoga system follows a therapeutic and progressive sequence of asanas. This established traditional system is practiced everyday. Each student is encouraged to memorize this sequence and develop a personal practice. In Mysore class each student is taught individually. In other words, he or she is given a one-on-one lesson within the group setting. The student is taught progressively according to his or her individual needs. Ashtanga yoga is an exact and detailed science that is learned over the course of several years.

Free Breath Yoga (All Levels): We practice different aesthetic exercises and yoga postures on the basis of appropriate thoughts. In that way we create new feelings and experiences that enable us to have a new awareness in daily life. To develop more flexibility, stability and a better balance enriches our whole life. A central part of our studies is to learn and experience the free breath. The breath is not limited to our body; it’s a higher rhythm we receive in every moment of our life. Through respiration we are connected with ourselves and also with the others and our environment. A free breath liberates our mind and we can experience a new wideness and freedom that is independent of space and circumstances. A free mind is the base to handle all life circumstances in a freer and lighter way.
